Built the field relationship layer first. Developed 100+ Databricks field relationships — including 27 Account Executives, Sales Directors, and Solutions Architects — across DFW, growing to 200+ contacts under management (107 in Texas, 77 in DFW-metro), segmented by geography, vertical, and role.
Mapped the territory systematically. 448+ accounts mapped with clean partner-of-record attribution, becoming the primary escalation point for partner-led opportunities — plus a CRM-hygiene discipline (dedupe, geo/vertical enrichment) that kept the targeting engine accurate.
Drove joint GTM, not just relationships. Took Polestar's AI, data, and knowledge-graph IP to market via ISV co-sell, Solution Accelerators, executive workshops, and AI Days across 15+ greenfield accounts, including Advance Auto Parts, Diageo, Steve Madden, and Medtronic.
Ran the Microsoft co-sell motion in parallel. Layered ECIF-funded engagements on top of Databricks to drive net-new Azure commitments, built on Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Originated complex, custom solution sales. Delivered an AI correlation engine for a large IT-ITS org (DDC), then reapplied the pattern to FDNY's unified asset intelligence and a NYC knowledge-graph/agentic-AI build — navigating public-sector procurement via an MWBE prime and Microsoft ECIF funding.
Operationalized the pipeline engine. Ran qualified-opportunity creation through Zoho CRM with standardized deal-source attribution — Partner Sourced, Polestar Sourced-Partner-Influenced, Service/Support — across hundreds of opportunity records and a pursuit list spanning IKEA, Carrier, Guardian Life, L'Oréal, Takeda, JPMC, and more.
